Customer feedback — We strive not only to listen to the voice of the customer, but also take that feedback and integrate it into improving our products and services. Customers have a variety of ways to communicate with us, and we work diligently to respond to all correspondence in a timely manner.  Customer comments are then analyzed and shared between departments to make sure products and services are modified.
